Muse
Here is a rondeau for you. I don't know if anyone is writing formal poetry on here, but it will teach you more about sound and rhythm than you care to know.
Inside Zeus’s dark bar, you touch my face.
Your eye are bits of music. Teach me the song.
Teach my hands the flame touch, electric and strong.
Teach me wild words steady woven like lace;
smile slow like a lover as I sing along.
Inside Zeus’s dark bar, you touch my face.
Your eyes are bits of music. Teach me the song.
Teach me the kiss with lips leaving no trace.
Whisper without words that you’ve stayed too long.
Leave me. Leave the rhymed worlds where they belong.
Inside Zeus’s dark bar, you touched my face.
Your eyes were bits of music. You taught me the song.
My hands hold the flame touch. Electric. Strong.

This needs to be set to a melody. Maybe with a theremin.
This is beautiful.
